With an extensive background in Public Health Administration and community development, Natasha embraced the opportunity to work closely with local churches and organizations to create and enhance youth programs while utilizing limited resources to effectively develop and implement mentorships, family bridge networks, and peer-led homework help programs, and one-on-one tutoring programs. As a result of Natasha's community outreach programs and partnerships, youth and families were given tools vital to strengthening family structures and influencing family unification.
As a single black mother, raising a black son in NYC, Natasha realized the need to create support systems for youth and families. This meshed with her passion for serving others. She actively engages in social justice and is afforded opportunities to lead public, private, and non-profit organizations through internal reform processes with a focus on creating a diverse, equitable, and Inclusive workforce. Through these partnership opportunities, Natasha emphasizes the importance of mental health wellness and proves daily through her individual work with clients that there is value in coaching individuals who desire to reach their full potential. Her overall passion for youth and families further contributed to the inception of ODYFS, which focuses largely on establishing outreach programs that serve the greater New Year area.
Natasha is a Chaplain for all people and an ordained minister who enjoys sharing the Word of God with others. She places an emphasis on spending time with her family and friends, and loves to travel, and coordinate special events.
